Chameleon's role is to design and deliver the message, we must connect City of Gosnells with all their relevant parties whether they are rate payers or government offices and deliver a single-minded idea, a clear and enduring experience of your brand. To do this Chameleon needs to govern the brand from its smallest application to its most public appearances.

Chameleon Creative are the originators of the City of Gosnells Brand, custodians of the Brand and the developers of the style guide that forms the road map for all communications for the city. Chameleon have a proven track record and a true understanding of the City of Gosnells brand requirements, operations and role within the community.

A comprehensive style guide has been developed for the City of Gosnells.

Fundamentally, this Style Guide delivers an identity and 'look' that is unique, and highly differentiated from other local government councils. The guide plays an integral role in communicating, and managing public perception of the new 'vibe' in the city itself.

The style guide is the centre of the visual language that makes up the newly developed COG brand.

At present Chameleon is developing stage 5 of the style guide as it is evolutionary, growing with the addition and development of new applications and processes each year.

The style guide has also acted as an important brand management/policing device to keep the new City of Gosnells brand integrity. Many different people use the brand across many departments and across equally as many different mediums. It is primarily aimed at all relevant staff and service providers.

City of Gosnells Rationale

Chameleon Creative initially developed the Revitalised Corporate Identity for the City of Gosnells. The next stage was to develop a strategy to manage and build a perception to the new identity.

In order to achieve this we worked closely with the key personnel at The City of Gosnells to gather the past marketing material. We then carried out a Brand Audit process in which the relevant marketing material was identified for inclusion into the new Style Guide.

The Style Guide is very much an integral part of the brand management strategy that Chameleon Creative has developed in conjunction with the City of Gosnells. Key areas for identity and marketing material were then defined. Individual areas were then developed in the new City of Gosnells brand style to form a consistent suite of items.

City of Gosnells Outcomes Achieved

Chameleon has brought a consistent and unified approach raising the awareness and value given to the re-badging of the City of Gosnells by both council and the community.

The guide has provided an identity system that shows easier management of the City of Gosnells marketing material, and a clear direction for any suppliers to adhere to in regards to brand treatment.
